Tureaud has developed, produced, marketed and distributed content (film, television, digital), events (sports, entertainment, branded) and products (physical, digital) to the global marketplace through a myriad of platforms and has decades of experience working with major film/tv studios, independent production companies, theatrical, streaming and television distributors, professional sports leagues, minor and major league international and domestic sports franchises, fortune 1000 companies, high-net worth and high profile estates, family offices and foundations to accomplish a wide range of business goals and objectives.
Tureaud is an American entrepreneur and businessman who is credited with co-founding the first ever company in history to develop and sell digital collectibles (digital trading cards) to the global marketplace and in doing so pioneered what is today the multi-billion-dollar industry of digital collectibles, digital goods and digital assets, which includes NFT’s. The company Tureaud co-founded was called CyberAction.
At CyberAction Tureaud was responsible for securing multi-year exclusive worldwide licenses with A-Tier Professional Sports and Entertainment Properties such as Major League Baseball (MLB), Major League Soccer (MLS), The NFL’s Quarterback Club, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Viacom’s Star Trek, Universal Studios Hercules and Xena, among others. Tureaud also secured one-of-a kind and groundbreaking co-branding, distribution and marketing partnerships with companies such as General Motors, Sony Pictures, General Mills, Clairol, Skippy Peanut Butter and Check Mix resulting in millions of dollars in contracts for the company. CyberAction also pioneered the use of “trading card sized” CD-Roms which the company used as branded physical distribution vehicles in order to deliver the companies digital content onto consumers hard drives while at the same time creating a state-of-the art physical collectible for the owner.
Most recently, Tureaud co-founded and is Chairman/CEO of Digital Legends, a sports &
entertainment media technology company driven by proprietary intellectual property. Digital
Legends will develop and deploy a diverse portfolio of “digital humans” (Digital Legends) that
are photo-realistic and life-sized of legendary figures (they may be deceased, retired or active)
in Sports, Music, Gaming, Lifestyle or other and assimilate them back into the marketplace in
“their prime”. These Digital Legends will compete and interact in real-time against living
humans within multiple verticals and environments such as made for television live-events,
location-based entertainment experiences, eSports & Mobile Apps, Gaming platforms,
Metaverse, Augmented and Virtual environments and more. Via an already granted patent,
Digital Legends will aggregate, store and publish (license and/or sell) data generated from a
“virtual participant competing in real-time against a living human”. The company has secured
and continues to expand on an IP portfolio that consists of multiple granted patents, multiple
pending patents, trademarks in a wide variety of classes and legendary multi-year exclusive
worldwide licenses in order to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives of breaking new
ground and pioneering an new industry and marketplace that has never existed before.
Pro Sport Marketing, Inc. (PSM), was founded in 1994 and based in New York City and Miami Beach. PSM is a national and global market leader in the full-service sports and entertainment business. The Company secured strategic partnerships with The NFL’s Quarterback Club, Atlantic Records, House of Blues, DISHES supermodel foundation and several others to produce one of a kind VIP sports tour packages focused around major college and professional sporting events around the globe such as The Super Bowl, The Olympics, The World Cup, The World Series, The Ryder Cup, The Final Four and others.
